Tread Lightly Caravan

We had a trip to The Tread Lightly Caravan. It was so enjoyable. We got to do fun activities. It was for $3.00 and your parents has to fill in the form. Our class started at 9.00 and if we got to the Tread Lightly Caravan late we would only get a little time to do activities. Yesterday before we went we had to answer questions for our homework with our parents. I found doing the homework was quite cool. It was sooo arctic at the Tread Lightly Caravan.

Feed The Need

This year we started Feed the Need. You can have soup and the only food that you can eat that is not soup is nachos with mince. When they deliver the box of soup it's not only soup there is bread that comes with it. But the teachers have the spoons already. Some people are vegetarian and if you are they make some soup but in vegetarian way. Feed the Need has yummy soup. It's only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. When we eat Feed the Need we always have to eat inside.  I love eating Feed the Need but some people have trouble eating it. I just eat slowly.

Moana The Champion

Last year I won the Skoolbo trophy because I got ten thousand points. Miss Craig told the whole school, and that was on mufti day and I tried dressing as Minnie Mouse. I was proud of myself but finally someone got the trophy this year because I got the trophy for 1 and a half years. I was quite happy that someone got the trophy because it was sitting in both of my classrooms for a long time.

Muffty Book

Last year the whole school had a competition. First we had to think of a character then try look like it. You're not allowed to buy it, it has to be home made. A lot of people chose Cat in a Hat and I was one of them. It was actually pretty cool making them home made. Even teachers were dressed as characters. There were judges but I forgot who they were. The winners had to choose a person who had a perfect costume but they know if they were brought or not, and those winners would get a prize that was just sitting in the middle of the hall. It was enjoyable.

Eating with Frank Bunce

Last year we got to meet...                   FRANK BUNCE the rugby player. That was when he retired rugby. We ate Feed the Need with him but I didn't sit with him): We all took a photo with him and had fun. But some teachers didn't get to see him only Mr Maddren and Miss Craig and these people that he came with. When we finished with him everyone was so loud trying to talk to him and ask for his autograph. It was so exciting.

Blogging

I am blogging right now.  Miss Craig made my blog for me then I wrote my own stories. We do it when it shows on our task board. You can also blog at home and put in the picture but if you have the picture at school that is all you need to do. At our class when we finish our blog we have to email Miss Craig to check if everything is correct. BLOGGING ALL DAY!!

My Friends

My friends are nice to me. They never ditch me or be mean to me. They're fun to play with and they'll always be my friends. They always help me and I always help them but if it's a test we don't help each other. They are kind to me. My friends are the best and my parents. They are like my family because I always hang out with them. THEY'RE THE BEST.

The Sad Day

Last week, Friday, my class was so cheerless because Whaea Charlotte was leaving. She is in university and is a  delightful girl. Charlotte is so comical to me and I liked it. She sometimes teaches my class and does it very well. I was so dejected and so was the rest of the class. When it was her last day everyone said "oh no Whaea Charlotte is leaving and she's not going to teach us anymore". Then Miss Craig gave her a gift and  it was something that could help her teaching her own children and it was pens and a sticky notes. Then Whaea Charlotte gave Miss Craig a gift but sadly not room 13):
But her gift was perfume and chocolate but I don't know what else she gave Miss Craig. But Whaea Charlotte did get us a present and it was a mini packet of lollies and chocolate. ): I really miss her right now.

Blend words

Last week Miss Craig replaced the word puzzle to a new one but it's now called Blend Words. It's more fun and it makes me finish of my weekly must dos. All you have to do is look at the chart and it shows the blends you need to do then try figure a word that starts with it. Miss Craig likes it if we use a dictionary because there are words that you collect from the dictionary into our spelling grammar book. Miss Craig said she doesn't like it when we copy hers she wants us to use a dictionary but she does not like it if you do two pages or four words in our new blend words. I like the blend words that Miss Craig put up because I can  finish of my weekly must dos fast.
